St. John Integrated School shall use the Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information it collects in the site in strict compliance and accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the “Data Privacy Act of 2012” (“DPA”) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (“IRR”). This information includes, but is not limited to, transaction information and records of its students, employees, agents, and other authorized persons and entities (Stakeholder Information).
The use of the Stakeholder Information shall involve the collection and receiving, data processing and data sharing of Stakeholder Information.
St. John Integrated School undertakes to adhere strictly to the provisions and mandate of the “DPA”, its “IRR”, and all related rules and regulations as prescribed by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

“Personal information refers to any information whether recorded in a material form or not, from which the identity of an individual is apparent or can be reasonably and directly ascertained by the entity holding the information, or when put together with other information would directly and certainly identify an individual.”

Only authorized School personnel shall have access to these stakeholder information, the exchange of which shall be facilitated through email or hardcopy. The information shall be deleted, discarded and be anonymized until such time when the storage of the information will no longer serve any of the purposes as abovementioned enumerated. However, information relating to government compliance regarding employment shall be kept within the period as prescribed by the appropriate government authorities and entities.
